Working with your Husband - Bonus or Bust?

Okay. I work with my husband, and many of my friends work with their husbands. Sometimes that's a good thing, and sometimes it is tough. After my interivew with several high profile women, including Gina Neely, from Food Network Television, she shared that every now and then, yoiu need some "space".
Do you work with your husband?
Can you share your thoughts about the positives and negatives of this situation?
We're doing some heavy research and are very interested in what you have to say!
We're polling women throughout the globe, so feel free to share your comments.

Thanks for your help

I have been working with my husband for 9 years now. We will always have are ups and downs in business because we are individuals and think differently. I am a morning person and my husband works best at around 11:00 am. It drives me crazy! I just have to remember that he is the one working until midnight while I am at home by 5:00 with the kids and grandkids when they come over. We go our seperate ways on the weekends, come on we work together all week, but try to have a date every once in awhile. (married 25 years) I can leave at anytime to pick a sick child up or run an errand. If there is a slow day I am the one who gets to go home...and thats nice. On days when I think I can't do it any longer, and there will be days like that, I just check out new jobs on the internet. By the end of the day I realize It's all not so bad and start over. It take two to make it work. Partnership all the way. Remember life is not perfect. People are not perfect, I am sure not perfect. My husband is still my best friend...this was his dream and we both are living it.
